Q:
(SR910) Why does the headset sound so quiet when the inline desktop remote is turned up?

A:
Please note that the in-line desktop remote uses the Windows system volume to determine its maximum volume. If your headset volume is not loud enough, please turn down the volume on the in-line desktop remote, adjust the Windows system volume to maximum, and then adjust the in-line desktop remote to the desired volume level.
Q:
(SR910) Why is there no sound when the 5.1 or 7.1 multichannel is selected?

A:
Please uninstall all other audio driver software before installing the SR910 driver. Multiple audio driver software on the same system may conflict with each other, which may cause issues the 5.1 or 7.1 multichannel function.
Q:
(SV710) Where is the mute button for the SV710?

A:
The mute button is on the side of the in-line volume control.
Q:
Why does my voice sound muffled or still have lots of background noise when ENC (Environmental Noise Cancellation) is enabled for the microphone?

A:
Please make sure the microphone opening is positioned and pointed at your mouth when ENC is enabled for best results. Otherwise, the ENC system might be misinterpreting and filtering out your voice as background noise, resulting in reduced voice quality.
